Hello there! It's Jodie here, the baker behind all the goodies at Cwtch and Crumb Bakery. I kicked off my baking adventure this year, but my passion for baking goes back to when I was just a 13-year-old. I was dealing with fibromyalgia and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, yet finding comfort and happiness in the kitchen. Baking became my getaway, my way to have a blast despite the obstacles I faced. With the amazing support of my family, I conquered chronic pain and launched my first baking venture, Jodelicious! Though it didn't quite pan out, I never let go of my love for baking. Now, I'm beyond excited to introduce you to Cwtch and Crumb Bakery, where I can share my passion for crafting treats .
My dream one day is to have a charming café where I can continue spreading joy through my baking, but for now I'm taking this one step at a time😊
I'm Dan, and I work alongside Jodie to keep our business running smoothly. I handle the day-to-day management of our social media accounts, keep our website up-to-date, and manage the financial side of things. Jodie’s the creative force behind all the baking, while I take care of everything in the background to make sure her talents shine.
One of my favorite parts of this journey is watching Jodie’s success grow. It brings me so much joy to see her doing what she loves and to witness how much happiness her baking brings not only to her but to our customers as well. Seeing the excitement her creations inspire and the joy they bring to others makes every late night worth it!
